Collaboration in Action: TIMS MVP at Cambridge Health Alliance

There is nothing better than seeing a successful installation through the eyes of the clinical team.

The TIMS team recently had the opportunity to partner with Cambridge Health Alliance to implement two TIMS MVP systems across Cambridge Hospital and Everett Hospital, supporting inpatient and outpatient modified barium swallow studies.

Following the installations, Stephanie Harvey, MS, CCC-SLP, CBS, shared her excitement about the implementation and recognized the many teams who helped make it possible. She gave a special shoutout to CHA’s inpatient Speech-Language Pathologists for “embracing new workflows, learning new tools, and continuing to find ways to improve patient care and safety.”

Stephanie also emphasized something we see with every successful implementation: “This implementation truly took a team effort.” From the SLP team adopting new clinical workflows to IT and Radiology supporting integration and implementation, collaboration across departments is an important part of bringing new technology into patient care.

We are grateful to Stephanie and the entire Cambridge Health Alliance team for their collaboration, problem-solving, and partnership throughout the process. We are proud to support their teams as they expand the use of TIMS MVP across both Cambridge and Everett hospitals.
