Ultrasound

TIMS captures from all types of ultrasound equipment. Both static capture and video streaming capture are supported. Ultrasound systems may have one or more of the following video outputs: RGB component video, S-video, and/or composite video. TIMS can capture from any of these formats. If possible, we recommend RGB due to its higher quality video format. The images or video streams are captured by TIMS and converted to DICOM. The resulting study can be sent to PACS, recorded to CD/DVD/USB, and printed to a DICOM or Windows printer.

TIMS completely eliminates the use of low quality thermal printers and video tape recorders.  With TIMS, the studies are in high quality digital form and immediately available on the PACS network.
