TIMS DICOM System > Applications > Speech Pathology

Before TIMS, speech pathologists have had difficulty converting their studies to DICOM and having them available for review on PACS.  TIMS allows speech pathologists to acquire their motion video studies and convert them to DICOM.  They are able to review the studies right on the TIMS system and send them to PACS.  Additionally, they can record the studies to CD/DVD right at the point of care for providing a copy to the patient, providing a copy to a referring physician, or for an additional archive.
